		<description>Thanks Brian! I still wish I&#039;d made a jaunt by Gibraltar and down to Morocco when I lived in Sevilla. Yeah, prepare it to your personal taste. I&#039;ve tried EVOO with this asparagus recipe before and just didn&#039;t fancy it. But I like EVOO when &lt;em&gt;roasting&lt;/em&gt; asparagus, so go figure. 

I think it might be old childhood tastes coming to the fore, because all veggies made this way when I was a kid had a little bit of butter on them. :)</description>
